Hi sir my left testicle seems bigger  than right from my child hood but there is no pain other symptoms .now I have heavy pain its starts from under stomach goesinto left testicle .so I consult doctor he done scan & sperm test results vericocele 2 grade,scount 55,activemobility5%.he suggest me goto operation is correct
