Hi mam....   Both  lamineers and veneers are used **To hide cracked or chipped tooth **To improve smile **To mask the discoloured tooth **cover the gaps between teeth Lumineers: **It provides same function as veneers but it is not as invasive as veneer.. **In lumineer ,original teeth is left unchanged or enamel is not damaged... **Lumineer requires minimal preparation or no _preparation **Lumineers are quicker to apply than veneer as teeth are not shaved down beforehand... Veneers: It requires minimum tooth preparation...Minimum of 5mmof suface enamel  has to be  removed for veneers... The reduced enamel surface is left uncovered till veneer fixation which may cause little sensitivity....which is one of the disadvantages of veneer Both lamineers and veneers are used if the gap is less than 2 mm... LAMINEERS ARE BETTER THAN VENEER....
