Small veins are shown on my lower cheeks. Im 22 years old. My skin is very thin and sensitive. How to get rid of this?

Greetings. If the veins are very fine and just more of redness then I would suggest you to use certain creams which may be brimonidine based - under  prescription of a qualified dermatologist. If they are really prominent and troublesome to you, laser treatment may be tried. Warm regards
