Male 23 Since last 13-14 months a deep red rash has been present on my glans. It has increased by 0.3 -0.5 mm in size. No pain or other symptoms. All std negative. Pictures attached This rash is always present. It has a vein/artery/capillary inside it. It becomes deep red on erections and becomes light red when penis is flaccid Question 1. Is this cancer ? 2. Is this because my glans skin is thin /thinning ?
