It's good to hear people asking for diet according to doshas.....
Stop these following foods.....potato, brinjal, cucumber, green peas, pulses in general except moong, bitter groud, chilled water or refrigerated items, leftover foods, fermented items and bakery items...
As for the time eat at 12.00 in afternoon and at 7.30 in the evening....in between have healthy breakfast.
