Hi My father has undergone a laser theraphy for varicose veins 1.5 years back, but problem was not solved still he feel irritation in the legs and itching sensation now the right leg got swelled and formed as a wound, he is undergoing medication from last 3 weeks but it was not healed, his sugar levels are in control after using antibiotics also there is no result, please suggest proper solution to this issue.
