Doctor I have varicocele and I have watery semen.Almost no sperm.What shall I do?Will surgery improve sperm count?

yes surgery would improve the parameters of semen, but may not reverse it completely. If there are no sperms at all in the semen, then we have to look for other reasons than varicocele. consult a Urologist nearby
