Bipolar disorder and valproate are not contradiction for covishield vaccine. Go for vaccination and continue medication.

You can take vaccine if no other situations like allergy or immunocompromised states etc. If there is such a risk, take the vaccine after consulting a doctor to ensure emergency management facilities.
