I have vaginusmus.. Cant have intercourse.. Can iui work?.. Can all procedure's be performed under anesthesia, what options are available?

Hello..... Vaginismus is usually linked to anxiety and fear of having sex. But it's unclear which came first, the vaginismus or the anxiety....intrauterine insemination can be performed, but not sure of whether vaginismus a criteria for iui.... Consult gynecologist..
