I had a itching and it got severed in 2 to 3 days, now it turned severed with cuts and wound in labia minora and i consulted obgyn she suggested surfaz medicine. Now the whole vulva got swollen and filled with puss and not able to do anything. Now i am diagnosed with diabetes 300 post food. I don't want to take tablets lifelong. What should I do now

Diabetes is the cause for your vulvovaginitis. For now u must take treatment for both. Only once the vulvovaginitis is settled and sugar levels are normal one can try to reduce or wean off medicines.
