Vaginal Yeast Infection

I'm 31 year old had a yeast infection in last 2 month..It's treated by Dr by oral medicine and it's gone also...But it's reoccurs again and again..Can anyone suggest me what to do... I have done my sugar and Thyroid test and Sonography also..All reports are normal.. Attaching some oral medicine which I took in last month of my treatment and with this it's disappeared...but reoccurring 3rd time
