For years now, I have been experiencing vaginal tears. At first, I thought it was caused due to sexual intercourse. However, over time, it is caused by the smallest of things - rough toilet paper, higher pressure on the jet spray, stretching too much (sometimes). I have been to gynaecologists. And nobody has been able to figure out why it is happening and how to cure it.
