My vagina is burning when I pee and it itches really bad and hurts when I wipe. What can that be?

Apply clotrimazole cream locally twice a day...also keep area clean...and dry..use syrup potrate MB6 two teaspoons three times a day for five days...use tablet drotin sos if pain..
