I've recently started having sex with my Boyfriend more regularly (3 times a day on average) and my vagina goes through burning sensations and I still need to pee after I pee, and it hurts to pee. I've also had bad diareah which could be related to drinking milk but I'm not sure, and I bleed really heavily after sex and get terrible cramps (still bleeding and cramping 2 days later) I have a mirena if that has an impact. Thank you

Possibilities of bleeding heavily could be due to mirena as sometimes there are harmonal changes,but in order to rule out for any other pathology or an underlying issue u must get an ultrasound done for lower abdomen.
