I sometimes constantly get vaginal pimples and I’m not sexually active. Sometimes they become in all sizes but I haven’t really seen any extreme large ones . And ok it’s bad to pop them but I still do and blood and puss come out sometimes the puss is wrapped around little pieces of hair. I’ve stopped shaving for a while to see if the bumps go away sometimes they do but sometimes they do . I recently just popped some it was three in the same area I put some toilet paper to stop the bleeding
