Vaginal pain

Iam 14 weeks pregnant , my latest sonography says placenta is along posterior wall low lying and cervical length is 2.83 cm. Iam having vaginal pain /pressure from 2 days .kindly tell me what to do ? Low lying placenta causes pain or pressure ?
