Vaginal n leg pain

My mother has vaginal pain and leg pain since last one month . Pap smear test is done n report is negative also urine infection report is normal. But still pain is persisting. She is not able to stand even for 10 min. PlZ suggest what should we do further. Or we need to repeat the test.
