I've had severe itching around the lining of the vagina and a little bit of pain during urination. Also noticed small skin colored bumps on the lips of the vagina that are sore and itchy

You need to see a gynaecologist personally. It's probably an infection. Depending on what kind of infection it is, treatment can be given
