From one month I had mucus type period, then again got period in next month with only brown and red spottings, and vaginal area is dry not any discharge.

There is nothing like mucus like period. If you didn’t get bleeding for minimum 2 days then you have skipped your period. And this month also its only spotting so Please do a urine pregnancy test and get an ultrasound

Dryness without discharge can be because of hormonal changes . For altered flow of menses you have to connect to identify the cause and if necessary has to undergo some tests
