Vaginal Discharge and Irritation

After having Primolut N 5 mg tablet, 3 tablets daily  from 30 November to 3 December. I had periods on 6 December for next 5 days. But now again from 22 nd December I am having small red-white mix discharge till today. This discharge is once or twice a day. It's kind of spotting.And I am having lot irritation in and around my Vaginal area from 6th December to till now.Please advise What to do to avoid Vaginal discharge and irritation.
