My girlfriend has a vaginal bleeding on her underwear and vaginal irritation. We had unprotected sex a week before. What could be the reason? Is it an implantation bleeding or STD? and what type of doctor should we consult?

Probably she s suffering from infection and it doesn't look like implantation bleed. However you need to get her examined by a gynaecologist. Consult directly for further management
