Vaginal bleeding during sexual intercour

I've observed vaginal bleeding during sexual intercourse. No pain , no dryness during intercourse but abnormal bleeding. My periods are not that irregular but every month it's delayed by 2-3 days and stays for 3 days only. No chance of pregnancy.
