Can implantation bleeding start within 10-12 hours of having sex? Or can it be Residual period blood as they got over just a day before I had sex as the bleeding is not heavy just 2-3 drops near vaginal walls and inner thighs?

It is less likely to be implantation bleeding ,implantation bleeding depends on when your last period was and when your ovulation was supposed to be. This little amount of bleeding could be because of cervical congestion, any hormonal changes in the body.
