I have been having extreme urinal irritation and vaginal irritation for the past 3 days. There is a constant urge to pee, but not much urine is passed. There is a constant burning sensation which heightens during peeing. Vaginal itching is also prevelant and there is yellow vaginal discharge. I am sexually active and had unprotected sex recently. However my partner is not showing any signs of discomfort.
