I've been irritated down there around the fourchette about a week i had been doing warm compressions since the last time I had sex I did shave before I did it after that I was sore last Wednesday I did a warm compression and I felt a pop like a cyst pop so it was feeling somewhat better its just irritated but today I can feel A knot at my right gla
