3 doses of hep B vaccine should be given in 6 months duration. We can customise depending on wether we are giving hep b alone or in combination vaccine. There should be atleast a gap of 1 month in between vaccines. Recommended schedule Birth 6 wk 14 wk Or Birth 6 wk 6 months Or 6/10/14 weeks Or 6/10 weeks and @6 months But usually there is a penta valent vaccine...which should be given at 6/10/14 weeks compulsory. So what ever you have given to baby is right.
