My son is 41 days old ..the picture is the 1st vaccine mark which has a white portion inside red lump..is that puss inside the red lump ?? Is this a concern?

It is due to the BCG vaccine
Next Steps
The lump will discharge pus after few days and heal on its own leaving a small scar. This is normal.
