Hi, I am on anticoagulant from last 10yrs due to an episode of DVT and subsequently advised life long medication after investigation. Have heard and even studied that people on blood thinners are not eligible for Covid vaccine Please suggest.

Covishield can be taken but you should mention the medication to your vaccine provider

You can safely take vaccine even if you are on anticoagulants as it is not a contraindication. Also you should take it on priority as you are a k/c/o DVT as covid can cause hypercoagulation.
