Vaccine consultation for a RA patient

My mother is a Rheumatoid Arthritis Patient past 20 year she is on immunosuppressants her medication include - Methotrexate 15mg weekly, Calcium 500 mg daily , Folic acid- 5mg twice a week and she is also a Thyroid patient for which see takes thyroxide 75 mg day and hypertension  she takes Telmisartan 40 mg daily. Should we get her vaccinated?
