Swelling is ok for 1st week. You can wait. You can use ice pack for first 2 days after vaccination for swelling. But after 5 to 7 days if swelling persist then show to nearby Pediatrician. If it is just firm swelling then use Thrombophobe ointment and if there is any collection and baby has fever and pain not reducing then we have to do Ultrasound and go for detail treatment.
