I need to get a hepatitis A vaccination for myself and looking for recommendations for places that will give me the same. So far the local nursing home and hospitals I've contacted to have said they don't give vaccinations to adults
Hepatitis A vaccine is a vaccine that prevents hepatitis A. It is effective in around 95% of cases and lasts for at least fifteen years and possibly a person's entire life. If given, two doses are recommended beginning after the age of one. Two doses can be given to adults, 6 months apart. So you can get vaccinated if you want to.
