It's expected with quadrovax vaccination. Give crocin syp every 6hrly and apply ice at site of injection. The pain might persist for 48hrs. If still painful or skin becomes red and thigh is swollen then visit a Paediatrician

This vaccination is given after 18 months. Pain at injection site and fever are common side effects of DTP vaccine. Just give paracetamol for fever and pain and repeat every 4 hours if required. If swelling is present, apply ice packs. It should subside in 48 hours,if not, consult your paediatrician for physical examination.
