Hello! Plz let me know if there are any medicine or vaccination against common flu and cold. I am going for snow trek in month of Dec and want to get vaccinated well before the trek.

Flu vaccination is there for yearly  . Once vaccinated immunity starts 2 wk later . It does not mean I would never have cold but frequency and severity will decrease
