Need to check about vaccines chart for baby. Is the attached vaccination chart correct? And how much delay can be made if 1 vaccines is not available such as Rotavirus for 6 weeks

At 6vwks opv/IPV shd aslo b given.....vaccines shd b taken as per schedule,  but few days gap is acceptable
