Uveitus and swelling in retina

I have uveitis reccuring alternatively in both eyes and from last 10days my right eys retina has swelling i noticed it when i saw small curves in vertical lines then i did OCT and found out retinal swelling here are my reports of right eye OCT 23.3 23 adn 6.4.23 i did it twice, please advice...

Things to do:- Try and investigate cause of uveitis Treatment:- Oral/Periocular/Topical Steroids and immunomodulators
Next Steps
Kindly visit your treating ophthalmologist
