Uveitis in both eyes: cause unknown.
Iam 28 years and last year I had prolonged illnesses such as cold, cough, gastro etc due to which, I had to be admitted for long and all advanced immune system tests were done but no positive cause found.I had lost vision in both eyes. Doctors began with steroids and remicade. . Vision still is average but glaucoma has set in. Any help/ advice pl

Sir, uveitis is one thing which has 1000s of causes. It's very difficult to diagnose. Young age usually the cause is Tuberculosis.
I'll suggest you to go straight to Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai or Arvind Eye Hospital, Madurai for further evaluation and management.
Steroids can be replaced by immunomodulators.
U need a proper evaluation at some tertiary care centre.
