UTI or Yeast infection??

Recently for past 1 week I have been experiencing itching in the area around vaginal opening...then it got to burning sensation during and even after urination and some pain at the same area...i took citralka but it doesn't help...is it UTI or some kind of yeast infection??Can I know some remedy
