  4. UTI, cefdroxil resistant. Cure e-coli.

UTI, cefdroxil resistant

I have E-coli infection in urine. In microbiology report, everything listed in report came 'sensitive' in report and cefdroxil only is 'resistant'. I have o negative bloodgroup. What should I do to cure this, and how to care and clean that portion. Please suggest me the routine for cure E-coli.
