UTI as per Urine Culture Report

She has E coli causing UTI as per Urine Culture report dated 26.04.2026. She is now to start Faronem 200 and Alkasol from today. Previously She has been under treatment for Pulmonary congestion and fluid accumulation being medicated with Pulmoclear, Budamate 200 and tiova for sometime back. Right now consultation is required to administer faronem 200 and alkasol on second opinion.

UTI in a 79 year male needs workup. You can start Tab Faropenem if sensitive in culture alongwith Syrup alkasol to treat UTI but take consult from an urologist for the workup part and to prevent UTI in future. You can contact me
