Uterus Problems (Cervical Polyps)

We are 2 and half years back married, my wife suffering from uterus problems. she has cervical polyps and those are removed 2 times from Virginia. As of now, doctors suggest that it will need surgical treatment of either cervix or uterus should be removed. But we don't want to remove uterus bcoz we don't have any children.
