Uterus is anteverted and bulky it measures 10.1×4.9×4.1cm Endometrial echo is prominent and measures 13mm Small cystic area is seen within the endometrial cavity Ill defined hypoechoiee are measuring 2× 1.6 cm is seen intramurally in the anterior wall Small cystic area is seen along the posterior wall intramurally Both ovaries are visualised and shows the presence of multiple small follicles within
