Sir I have take unwanted 72 pills nd after 2 days when I eat paracetamol then i had a lot of pain in uterus and swelling there in vagina and bleeding there but it is stopped ..so what can I do for my health issues

There should be no problems,but do not take ipills frequently as that causes disturbance in menstrual cycles and harmonal imbalance and later on an impact on fertlity.
