Hi, it looks like cephalopelvic disproportion. Means size of birth canal is less than baby size, so difficulty in passing through birth canal. So normal delivery will be difficult. Better to go for LSCS. Possible indications include: Cephalopelvic disproportion (use of pelvimetry is not advised). Malpresentation - eg, breech, transverse lie. Multiple pregnancy. Severe hypertensive disease in pregnancy. Fetal conditions: distress, iso-immunisation, very low birth weight. Failed induction of labour. Previous caesarean section. Pelvic cyst or fibroid. Maternal infection (eg, herpes, HIV) but see 'Mother-to-child transmission of maternal infections'etc.consult your obstetrician for furthur evaluation and treatment.
