Hi Doctors, This is my mother Uterus report " Uterus is bulky ans is anteverted. Myometrial echogencity is heterogeneous". plz suggest me can we surgery this 1 month later?

If she has symptoms like pain or excess bleeding, she will definitely need treatment. There are couple of non surgical treatments as well. If you have been advised surgery, you can do it as soon as possible. 1 month wait is okay
