This is my aunt's report. She is married and has a kid. What does this indicate? How big are the tumours? Are they big enough to be operated?

As per the report there is one  fibroid  in the uterus measuring 12cm . Before opting for surgery,  know about other treatment options . The mode of treatment depends on  how grave her  symptoms  are.
