The uterus is bulky with anterior and posterio lobulation. it measure 88.63* 49.48 in L * AP oval shaped hypoechoic lesion are seen within the myometrium . the largest is seen in the lower posterio myometrium measuring 37.83*39.02mm , pls can u revert this mm in cm and do i need operation
