Its best to avoid formula milk. Please meet a lactation consultant. If you must give formula, for 7 weeks old, mix 1 scoop in 30 ml water (ratio). He may need 5 scoops in 150 ml water each time. 5 feeds a day of this. There is no fixed ml. Each child is different.
