Hi am Ram from hyderabad actually don't know how it started but from my teenage i was habituated that while excreting i use my middle finger and have a moment in and out for few minutes in my rectum and then poo out.  I don't know is that normal or abnormality if I don't do that I can't excrete  properly even after bowl i used to play for few minutes. requesting the doctor to suggest how to get rid of this. Am really embarrassed even to write this let me know are there any side effects with this. Now am 35 .
