Hello, to reduce noise while sleeping, is it okay to place a small piece of cotton over the outer ear opening, or should I buy silicone earplugs? Which option is safer for daily use, and if earplug do you recommend any specific earplug brands? Thanks

Don’t use either of it, you can switch on white noise on phone and set timer for it to switch off after few hours by then you can sleep
