I have attached my usg report I will be going to dr soon but plz let me know abt this report and is this very bad as it was a repeat usg and what could be done for this problem plz advice

Nothing is bad Ur scan shows  a ? (not sure) hydrosalpinx Hydrosalpinx reduces your chances of conception U need furthur evaluation like a HSG to know if the hydrosalpinx is communicating or non communicating to uterus If hydrosalpinx is confirmed in HSG and communicating to uterus  you may require laparoscopy to treat the hydrosalpinx or damaged tube surgical treatment of hydrosalpinx increases ur chances of pregnancy
